In late September I headed out West, and treated myself in mid-October to a visit to the Pacific Coast Highway using (in part) this route:

I've seen photos of roads in the Alps which have tight little 180 degree turns, but the closest I'd come in the U. S. were some of the roads in
Northern Georgia. Is Latigo Canyon Road well-known among motorcyclists living near Malibu, or elsewhere? It was late on a Friday afternoon, and the weather was perfect. I'd've thought that, as beautiful and challenging as it was, there'd've been more than just two others.===================================================
