Joe's Comments

Bought this off of Ebay for $12.99 including shipping.  If came with the camera, 3 mounting options, the usb cable, charger, rubber cover and software.  The memory card was not included.  It uses a Micro SD card up to 8 GB.  I'm using a 4 GB I had.  I've made 2 modifications to it so far.  I couldn't see the blinking red LED so I didn't know when it was recording.  I removed the back and drilled a small hole above the LED.  The picture above links to a larger picture of the mod.  As long as I had the back off I also made the reset button opening a little larger.  I'm very happy with the quality of the video for the price.  There's a sample video below.  It will also double as a webcam. The buttons are too small to use with gloves so you need to get it started before you glove up.  The batteries are charged by a usb port and seem to last for a few hours of recording.  Recording time varies with the subject.  If you are sitting and talking to it, it compresses well.  If you are using it to video a ride, the 4 gigs last just under an hour for me.  The biggest complaint I have is that the date requires a file on the SD card to set and I haven't been able to get the format of the file correct to set the time.
